I am Desiree Pabin, PT, DPT, WCS, PRPC, CAPP-Pelvic, PCES. I am a board certified Women’s Health Physical Therapist and the owner of Illume Pelvic Health. I specialize in all things pelvic health. I treat both men and women. Common diagnoses I treat are Pregnancy and Post-partum pain, bladder pain, testicular pain, urinary and bowel incontinence, UTI like symptoms, Interstitial Cystitis and many, many more. I provide mobile Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Services throughout the Temecula Valley, CA. This is a great option for moms with littles, patients who medical anxiety or just busy lifestyles to have access to élite level care without having to stress about managing the additional time it takes to get to a clinic.

I started Illume Pelvic Health with the purpose of making every person who wants to have the best care available, an option to them. Too often patients would call the clinic I worked at and be told they can’t see me because of an insurance non-sense rule. So, I said forget that and started Illume Pelvic Health.
